Reservations can only be made if a deposit has been received. Within one month prior to arrival we should have received 50% of the total price. The balance is payable on arrival. 4. To guarantee a reservation we shall need you credit card details. If the transfer does not arrive your credit card shall be charged. 5. NOTE: Neither you nor your belongings are under insurance cover during your stay. CANCELLATION CONDITION: In the event of a reservation being cancelled prior to 8 weeks before the departure date there will be a 50% refund of the booking reservation deposit, in all other case there is no refund we strongly suggest our clients take out holiday insurance in the event of this occurrence.
