The house is in an apartment complex consisting of 5 blocks totaling to 15 units.Our flat is on the ground floor of one apartment block which has direct access to the shared swimming pool from the private patioThe flat has two bedrooms and one spacious living room.The room with double bed has one big wardrobe and one dresser with mirror.The bedsidetables with lamps on both sides makes the interior comfortable.The other bedroom with single bed has also fashinoble drawer,study table and a dressing table to fit all your needs.All necessary linens,mats and towels are provided.The living room has one big sofa which can be converted to double bed and which is really comfortable.The living room opens to a big private terrace facing the common swimming pool.The living room has comfortable armchairs to relax.We have satellite TV and DVD player,one dining table for 6 people,and one minibar deck which separates the kitchen from the living area.The kitchen has all necessary utensils,plates,glasses,pans and pots,kettle,mini owen,toaster and firidge.The bathroom is also stylish with shower cabin,washbasin drawer etc.Also in the bath room there is hot water heater which is also connected to kitchen. The apartment is nicely furnished  by the owners with a good taste of decoration and care.

The patio opens to the communal swimming pool and has wonderful sea and sunset view.The  communal beach is in walking distanceAlso public transport(dolmus) and the local market are in 3 minures walking distance and the market  has delivery services.The city centre is 5 minutes drive by car.But you can enjoy walking 20 minutes alongside the seashore and can reach to the city marina where you can take daily boat trips.Also in the marina there are brand shops of various kinds, dining places and cafes.Turgutreis town centre which is in 5 minutes walking distance from marina is busy with markets,shopping malls,beaches,cafes and restaurants in all ranges and cuisines which are affordable in price. Turgutreis is famous with its Saturday bazaar where all foreigners rush to buy both traditional and also very cheap brand objects of all kinds such as clothes,home decoration(rugs,ornamented curtains,table and pillow covers etc.)Also in the bazaar local fresh vegetables and fruits of all kinds can be bought for very cheap prices. Also Turgutreis has one of the most beautiful sunset which can also be viewed from the terrace of the apartment. On contrary to the Bodrum climate Turgutreis has a very pleasant summer breeze which makes it easy to breathe in spite of the hot weather. The Bodrum town is 22 km and can be reached easiliy by local transport.The town is historical with its famous castle,the tomb of king Mausolus,the antique theather.Apart being historical Bodrum night life is very busy with numerous night clubs and bars.Also The Bodrum Peninsula has many small villages and settlements which are also easy to reach by dolmus. Also you can take daily excursions to near villages and important spots.The greek Cos Island is face to face to Turgutreis and can be reached by boat trips from Turgutreis and also from Bodrum.So holiday life in Bodrum is not monotous and full of choices.

Rental Details / Conditions: The owners of the house who live very near are world travellers and apart being only the owner they will always be in direct contact with their customers and extra services when needed will be given such as transportation,city guiding,house cleaning,laundry etc.with reasonable prices. The aparment is 300/week.For more than 1 month stays 10% discount will be done. The advance payement is 30% of the total price.It wiil be received by bank transfer to the owner's account.For stays less than 1 month the remainig amount is taken on arrival.The preferred payemnet method is cash in any currency. Our visitors will be picked up freely on arriving to the Milas-Bodrum International Airport which is 20 minutes to Bodrum an 1 hour to Turgutreis.Also our visitors will be met with a welcoming drink with turkish specialities on arrival to the house where they will be given the first introductions about the house.
